The flashing F is triggered by the gearbox ecu itself and any fault codes are stored in that ecu, not the engine ecu. The diagnostics you used (presumably opcom??) won't be able to talk to the gearbox ecu, only the engine ecu.. That's probably why you've got no fault codes. hi all.
