Only way I can see to improve relationships is by spending you influence to support clan in the kingdoms tab. However, it cost 50 influence to support a clan and it only gives you a whopping +1 to relationship for the clan. All I want is to get some positive relationship points when I help them in a battle or a siege.
As a frame of reference, I started my full release v1.0.1 campaign and I'm only 2.5 years (950 days) in and my character is level 34 with 4 vig (2 from endurance perks), 2 ctr, 9 end (2 from endurance perks), 4 cng, 6 soc, 5 int and clan tier 6. I have 5 skills over 275. My only weapon skills are 1h and polearm, with 1 focus each, 90 skill in each.
