(Massboykie) VRs actually have timing chains, and 2 of them i believe. service intervals on them are every ~100k miles. while you're getting them done, i'd suggest swapping out a bunch of your gaskets and maybe your thermostat housing, clutch etc. anything else that may need help. It is a chain and Audi will price match any genuine quote from an inde. No idea what (if any) Audi recommends for replacement. My SQ5 is older than yours. At present I have no plans to replace timing chain. At 100,000+ miles or if and when I heard a rattle, I might consider it. If you have concerns, as per previous post, speak to your local dealer.

Just got an official email reply from Audi saying - Dear Stephen Thank you for your email. I can confirm the reccomended intervals for the timing belt to be changed, is every 5 years or 140’000 miles whichever comes first for the above vehicle.
