By the way, basic drum'n'bass is actually just that: a bassline (a reese, wooble, or even a simple sine wave bass) and a break on top of it. You can sample (look for the breakbeat sample pack from blu mar ten, it is a good start) or use an actual drum sampler (I love FPC's Tama).
The music rebalance module lets you pick an element you want to adjust the levels of (drums, bass, vocal etc), or it can just split the different elements into separate audio files.
